CompuLaser, Inc.'s experience in the field of remanufactured/recycled toner cartridges has resulted in stringent controls to ensure the highest quality of all of our products (product testing, thorough cleaning, replacement parts, etc.). These quality controls enable CompuLaser, Inc. to provide the following limited warranty to our customers. This limited warranty is valid for CompuLaser, Inc. products returned within one year from date of purchase by the original purchaser.

1. CompuLaser, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its remanufactured toner cartridge products are free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service. CompuLaser, Inc.'s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to refund or exchange, at customer's option, of any CompuLaser, Inc. remanufactured toner cartridge product which may prove defective under normal use and service and which Seller's examination discloses to Seller's satisfaction to be defective. This limited warranty shall not apply to CompuLaser, Inc. remanufactured toner products which have been subject to accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.

2. CompuLaser, Inc. further warrants that, under normal use, service, and condition and within specifications, when used only in conjunction with the original equipment distributor's approved and vended supply products, should specified CompuLaser, Inc. remanufactured toner cartridge products result in abnormal wear or deterioration to the original owner's or original lessor's electronic printer, personal copier, or other equipment on which the products are properly used, CompuLaser, Inc. shall, upon proof of claim and upon the return of replaced parts and "suspect" toner cartridge:

A) Replace the CompuLaser, Inc. remanufactured toner cartridge product and

B) Reimburse the original purchaser the full amount for all service and repair of the machine.

This warranty is contingent upon the customer providing CompuLaser, Inc. with satisfactory evidence that the machine failure was due to a defect in the CompuLaser, Inc. remanufactured toner cartridge, including a written statement to this effect printed on the authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the service company's field/management representative.

CompuLaser, Inc.'s liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement and/or reimbursement as provided herein. The foregoing limited warranties are exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties of quality, whether written, oral, or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose of machine downtime).
